Program Information
The Business Information Worker (BIW) Certificate of Achievement prepares students for entry-level administrative support positions in a variety of fields and businesses. After successful completion of the BIW C​ertificate of Achievement, students may seek employment as office clerks, retail salespersons, customer service representatives, and receptionists.​
