The Office of Student Life supports and oversees all student clubs/organizations. There are recreational, educational, cultural, religious, and resource focused clubs and organizations that help serve the diverse goals and interests of COD students.
Officially chartered clubs are entitled to meet, host events and activities, participate in college sponsored events, raise funds, and otherwise operate as an official entity recognized by ºÚÁÏÍø.
Whether you are starting a new club or re-chartering an existing club, students must
complete and submit a Charter Packet Application at the beginning of each Fall Semester.
Please visit or contact the Office of Student Life if you have any questions.
Clubs must have a primary advisor who is either a full-time or adjunct faculty employee at ºÚÁÏÍø. Secondary advisors may be COD staff or faculty.
The Club Charter Application roster must have a minimum of (10) students. All club members must be registered and currently enrolled in classes at ºÚÁÏÍø.
Each club must assign two members to serve as their Inter-Club Council Representative. The ICC Representative must be available to attend all ICC meetings.
A Club Advisor or secondary-Advisor must be present at all club meetings, and club events.
