Health and Wellness for LGBTIA+ Students

The GSD Pride Center recognizes the unique challenges impacting the health and wellness of LGBTQIA+ students. What follows is a list of COD and community based resources to assist you.

Student Health Se​rvices

ºÚÁÏÍø offers extensive health and wellness resources through Student Health Services​. These include virtual services as well as support connecting students with in-person health services in our local area. Here is a link to additional health and wellness resources at ºÚÁÏÍø.

Mental Health Services

Riverside County provides a that offer support specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community.  This includes how to find urgent mental health care in our area and various organizations that focus on the well-being gender and sexually diverse people.

LGBTQ Community Center of the ºÚÁÏÍøâ€‹

The ​ assists LGBTQ people of the local area with a variety of programming and resources. This includes programming for youth and members of the community who live in the East Valley.

Borrego Transgender Services

ºÚÁÏÍø works closely with ​ to provide no and low cost health services for COD students. This includes services specifically available for the transgender community.
